Company Trip_Cherating

This year, We went to Cherating, Pahang as an company trip. We are stayed in Residence Inn in Cherating, which located at the popular Kampung Cherating along the East Coast main trunk road in the state of Pahang. Although the beach not as beautiful as Pulau Redang, Lang Tengah etc(Famous Islands in Terenganu). but we can having a lot of food there, especially seafood, very fresh and delicious, yummy! yummy!

父親

昨天接到姐姐的sms, 原來昨天是爸爸的忌日. 她說如果爸爸還在生的話, 今年都有66歲了......
已經九年了..... 也不懂時間是如何流逝的, 當年的事情, 仿佛還曆曆在目...........

那一年我才剛畢業, 正在一家公司上班, 姐姐在新加坡, 哥哥在英國讀碩士, 而弟弟還在高中. 因爲哥哥是長子, 又在英國念書, 所以在那一段日子裏, 爸爸每天都在算日子, 等待著哥哥歸來的那一天. 他說過, 他一生中最大的心願, 就是看到他的孩子讀大學. 可惜的是, 他等不及那個日子的到來, 就這樣突然的走了.......

來不及去英國參加哥哥的畢業典禮;
來不及看著姐姐出嫁;
來不及看到可愛的孫子們;
更來不及讓他的兒女們孝敬他.

小時候的他, 因爲家境貧窮, 所以小小年紀的他, 就要做工來幫補家用. 更時常因此被年紀稍大的小孩排擠欺負. 爸爸是那種很傳統的男人. 一個人撐起一頭家, 雖然不會和子女嘻嘻哈哈, 可是卻又從不曾讓子女挨餓或缺少過什麽. 待人處事也有他的智慧與公正, 所以是我們兄弟姐妹打從心底佩服與敬重的父親.

雖然大家表面上都不說, 可是心裏都知道, 爸爸的突然逝世, 對我們家來說真的是個很大的打擊. 好像整個世界都變了樣, 很多東西都不是我們可以想象得到的, 也不管你接不接受, 就是這樣硬生生的塞進你心裏. 那時候才覺得, 原來自己是那麽的渺小, 那麽的無助. 原來有很多東西是我們無法掌握控制的. 那種因爲父親突然驟逝的驚慌的感覺, 真的很難受..............

在我心裏, 親人, 應該是比情人與朋友來得較重要的. 畢竟父母和兄弟姐妹是無法取代的, 沒有了就沒有了, 不是任何一個人所能代替的.

Fierce <-----> me

Am I really looks so fierce? My colleague told me I m as fierce as her ex-colleague......... :(

我真的很凶嗎? 我也不知道. 如果我說, 小時候的我, 是個文靜又害羞的小孩, 我想, 我的朋友同事們看到這裏, 應該都會笑翻天吧!

小時候的我, 是個不起眼的小孩, 時常靜靜的, 不動聲色的躲在角落裏. 因爲不懂得如何去面對別人的關心問候, 所以很害怕被發現, 也很害怕與人交談. 當被媽媽差遣去買雜貨時, 就常常因爲不敢先開口說話, 而在那呆呆的等, 等到雜貨店阿姨注意到我, 才敢緩緩說出要買的東西. 記得當時的家很大, 大到有很多房間都空置著, 而我, 郤最喜歡躲在那些布滿灰塵的空房間裏, 靜靜的看書. 在那裏, 才會讓我覺到有安全感. 可是這樣的平靜通常都持續不了多久, 常常會被媽媽找到, 當然免不了被臭罵一頓囉. 我想, 那時後的我, 多多少少有些自閉吧.

這種情況, 一直到高中才改善. 開始學會和別人交談, 開始學講笑話, 也開始學會了解別人...... 我常常覺得那時候的自己, 比現在豁達, 也比現在開心許多. 可是人生往往會有很多挫折, 在經過了那麽多年, 那麽多東西之後, 自尊心很強的我, 脾氣也變得越來越壞...... 我是知道的, 因我當時的想法是;沒有人可以幫助我, 我自己一定要強悍一點才能保護自己. 可能就是這樣, 愈來愈變本加厲, 也可能因此對別人造成了困擾?! (其實我是有些"假凶", 要我真和人吵架, 我也不大敢嘞.)

當然我也不喜歡現在的自己...... 我也在努力壓制那個住在我身體裏面的那個憤怒小孩. 希望自己能變得更好囉! 那樣也會開心一點啊! 不過可能會很難吧. :D

由於斯裏白沙羅衛理公會位於住宅區,
不像SS2, 或Melawati等有很多學生.
所以教友大多數是uncle, auntie.
但是都是很親切, 很熱心的一群人.
而且雖然是以華文爲媒介, 可是也有英文翻譯.

Pasar Malam

Every Thursday, We will go to pasar malam(night market) where we can walk along all the stalls in the street. There have a lot of stuffs such as Cd's, dvd, T-shirts, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, fruits, foods and so on.
I 've been living near the area before, that's why I m quite familiar and pleasant to go there to search something for my dinner.

suffering---病痛

那天同事幫我按摩肩膀的時候, 發現到我項背的脊椎骨突了出來, 她懷疑是脊椎骨移位, 所以介紹我去看一個骨科中醫師.

同事帶我去時順便也載了一個婆婆一起去做治療. 聽同事說婆婆蠻可憐的. 兒子已經不在世了, 雖然還有女兒和媳婦, 但是因爲女兒有自己的家庭而自顧不暇, 而媳婦心情好的時候, 才會打包食物給兩老吃, 不然的話, 倆個老人家就要吃快熟面當一餐了. 當然, 我不是她的媳婦, 也不懂兩代之間有過什麽問題. 可是要倆個七八十歲的老人家每天爲一日三餐而煩惱, 那也太那個了吧!
看到婆婆的情況, 也不禁會鞭策自己, 千萬不可有養兒防老的觀念, 而且也暗地裏希望自己就算和某某人有過節, 也不可賭氣這樣對待他人. 不然的話就好象連人類的憐憫之心都沒了, 那樣的人, 比婆婆還可憐呢!

到了診所, 經過醫生的檢查之後, 發現到果然是脊椎骨移位. 可能是因爲工作, 再加上上一次趕畫稿的關系, 導至項背的脊椎骨移位, 壓到神經線和血管,而引起左邊肩膀酸痛麻痹與扁頭痛,甚至於影響到視覺神經. 難怪我一直覺得視覺有些模糊, 還以爲是因爲長期看電腦而散光呢.

醫生剛替我做治療的時候, 感覺有些恐怖. 他用手按摩穴道, 還有幫我"拉"骨骼, 其實我覺得一定要對醫生有完全的信賴,否則的話, 真的會因爲身體僵硬而弄傷自己. 在按摩穴道那一環, 哇~~, 真的好痛~~, 可是爲了保持形象, 我還是忍耐著不出聲. 連同事在一旁看了都不忍,頻頻問我是不是很痛? 醫生說, 會痛也是證明了我的神經末梢繃得很緊. 而這個傷已經有一段時間了, 需要多做幾次治療,在加上適量的運動才會慢慢好轉. 但是我這幾天又偏偏有些畫稿要趕, 所以也沒辦法好好休息, 好在感覺上酸痛有些減輕了.

那天看了一篇文章, 敘述著人們都有個壞毛病, 那就是在年輕的時候, 爲了賺錢而忽略了健康, 等到老來周身病才知道健康才是最重要的. 我想, 不管什麽人都是這樣的吧! 就算是明明知道, 可是就是不相信事情會發生在自己身上. 等到知道的時候, 也可能已經太遲了.




Because of my working behaviour, I've suffer the neck pain, migraine, and muscle stifflness.
My colleague has recommand a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine to me.
After seeing the Doctor, I've discovered that the back bone of my neck had out of the position.

Searching Journey

Everyone have their own talents and personality. They have to go through the process of searching, explore, to realize individual value and the meanings of life.




For me, 'independent studies' is a miserable process, of course, not everyone like that. as for Poyin, she has discovered a "happy and confident journey".

Pressure, struggle journey, but its help me think more deeply and get to know the 'inner me'.
很痛苦的過程.... 可是沒有後悔. 遺憾的是沒有好好把握當時.

Sun Flower

Many year ago, I've draw a oil painting which content the little me, my sister, and a lot of sun flowers. Actually that time I don't really know how and what I want to express in my painting. I just trying to combined my "feeling" and not express it. of course this painting was criticize by my lecturer. He say the sun flowers that i draw not cute at all since my painting was saying something about my childhood................
He's right although I m felt so hurt by his comment.

這麽多年之後, 我想我的sun flower應該都進步了很多吧??! :P

世界杯已經落幕了. 對於我們這些球迷來說, 好象少了些什麽似的, 心中有些些的失落感........
世界杯的魅力是無可擬比的. 想想看, 在世界各地, 各種不同膚色, 不同語言, 不同宗教的人, 在同樣的時間裏, 觀看著世界杯. 一起爲進球而歡呼; 一起爲輸球而失落. 那種全世界人民都與你共分享的感覺真的很棒!
我支持的法國隊並沒有贏. 更可惜的是, 是看到Zidane因爲禁不起Materazzi的語言激怒, 一時沖動的用頭撞他, 因而被罸以紅卡, 而落寞的離開他最後的一場比賽..............

每個人都有自己喜歡的球員, 而我喜愛的是, 是那些即有球品, 又有人品的球星. 如巴西的Ronaldinho與及法國的Zidane. 喜愛Ronaldinho, 除了他的球技之外, 更是因爲覺得, 他是個真正喜歡足球, 享受足球的人. 在球場中, 時常會看到他的笑容, 不管是因進球而開心的笑, 或是被對手無辜絆倒而無奈的笑, 都讓人折服. (愛麗思她們笑我的品味還蠻奇特的. :) )
至於Zidane, 是在觀看複賽, 法國對巴西的時候, 對於他的球藝感到驚歎不已. 雖然那次他贏了, 可是也沒有因此而感到驕傲, 反而安慰一直備受看好的巴西球員. 那時的情景, 是頗讓我覺得感動的.

法國隊, 從一開始的不被看好, 甚至於被譏嘲爲老人隊, 慢慢的越過許多障礙, 打敗了西班牙,巴西等強隊, 進而擠進決賽. 所以, 雖然法國輸了冠軍, 可是在我心目中, 法國已經贏了, 而Zidane的風采, 也是無人所可以取代的.

Crystalcake, 這就是我跟你提起的世界杯蛋糕. :)

p/s: 小熊, 就讓我在這爲世界杯做最後的回味吧...... :D

World Cup Fever.....

巴西輸了.......
有點不能相信, 巴西真的輸了! :((
我還沒有看到Ronaldinho 踢出完美的進球嘞.........
真的覺得有些失落感...........

不過, 這次的複賽, 除了義大利對烏克蘭這場比賽, 其它德國對阿根廷; 英國對葡萄牙; 法國對巴西, 因爲實力都旗鼓相當, 所以都很好看. (寫到這,又想到不能在四強看到巴西了. 鳴鳴......)

馬來西亞人大多數都支持巴西隊的, 聽愛麗思說, 當法國進那一粒關鍵球時, 在嫲嫲擋觀賞球賽的人, 全都默不做聲, 整個嫲嫲擋寂靜無聲.......... 我想, 大家都很失望吧! :(
除了Hong Choo.





Saturday night, very hot weather, stuffy air, 10.00pm

We are going to Mamak Stall to watch the Quarter-final. Because of us arrived there a bit late on Friday night, a crowd had already collected in mamak stall. So, to get a better view to watch the match on Saturday night, we had arrived there around 10.15pm. (the quarter-final started at 11.00pm, Live, England vs Portugal). As I know, Alycia also arrived the mamak stall which near her place there very early. Both of us very "kiasu" one. hahaha..........
The atmosphere there were excited and full of expectation. It is great have so many people watching the match together.





Me, Poyin, Alycia are supporters of Brazil.
We had sent sms to each other when we watch the match.

I m a TV fever. I like to watching TV show, TV serial drama
such as Hong Kong's serial play, Japanese serial play,
Korea serial play, Bollywood Movie,etc.
and Goh don't understand why each time I seems happy and
laughs at some TV program which were really poor quality. :)

My sister called me and told me what had happened when she went back to hometown last week. My sister-in-law brought her boss's son to our house, he is a 5 year old boy who had been taking care by her mother.When the children playing together happily, suddenly he hit my nephew on his face. My nephew just keep quiet and didn't fight back or say anything, but his mother ---> my sister saw it happened and felt very hurt.

Hmm...... I can understand the feeling of a mother when she saw her child been bully by other people.


The 5 year old boy hit 8 year old boy.



My sister had "scold" him and tell him cannot bully other children.



She felt "heartbroken" because her son has been bully.

很喜歡,很喜歡宮崎駿的作品.

昨天晚上,因爲吳先生說要看他買的宮崎駿最新作品, 移動的城堡.(Howl's Moving Castle) 然後也不管我要不要看就開了DVD. 本來我還想看10.00pm的Desperate Housewife的.... 不過既然他已經開了,那我就看咯. 一開始的時候,他還頻頻贊歎人物的動畫與背景的細膩, 可是過了30分鍾之後,他就說累, 要睡了..... 所以, 還是剩下我一個人把整出戲看完了.

宮崎駿先生的作品如龍貓, 天空之城, 魔女宅急便, 魔法公主, 千與千尋,等等相信都是很多人的最愛吧, 我也是其中之一呢. 只有那齣" 再見營火蟲" , 因爲故事中的小兄妹真的太可憐了, 讓我不忍重看第二次.

我的男朋友, 昨天竟然說我的炒冬粉沒有味道.... 我真的是江郎才盡了, 會做的菜寥寥無幾. 又不像小熊那麽會做面包, 也不像crystalcake 那麽會做蛋糕. 果然我是只會吃不會做的那一類形......... Hmm.....好吧! 我要督促他努力賺錢, 好讓我有傭人可以使喚,不用我親自下廚以便害他食不知味. (其實已經恨做有錢人很久了!) 哈哈哈哈哈........
