汤圆

这是冬至时搓的汤圆。。。
却迟至今日才放上来。。。

很喜欢吃汤圆,再加上今年是结婚后第一次过的冬至,怎样都要有“家”的感觉吧。
最近不知道为什么,开始学习做菜,甚至对做糕饼,包类也感到兴致勃勃的,同事们都说不知我受到什么刺激,呵呵呵~且看我这种懒人可以秉持多久吧。



把汤圆放进红豆汤里,比较不甜腻。

从小妈妈做的汤圆是干的,和别人家的不一样。
也就是汤圆放滚水煮熟了,捞起,就直接放进已经切幼的椰糖里,椰糖遇热既化,然后我们一家人就围坐在一起,用叉或牙签叉起圆滚滚的汤圆,沾上炒香磨幼的花生粉,唔~又香又好吃!!
可是我懒惰炒和磨花生。。。这样的也好,二和一嘛。呵呵~呵~(又在傻笑)



红豆汤是用气压锅煮的,所以只需十多分钟就煮好了,真的是很方便。
