~香橙土司~

一直有把橙做成土司的想法。

香橙蛋糕很好吃,想必香橙土司也会很好吃吧。

食譜是自己亂配的,水份偏高,還好還是成功的。只是土司出爐後黏模,讓我亂敲打一翻,搞到土司縮腰一些。。。==



香橙吐司

材料:

鲜橙汁        128g
水                  62g
高筋面粉    270g
酵母                3g
细砂糖         40g
盐                   2g
橙皮屑       一粒
牛油             27g


做法:后油法

烤箱 底部第一層

烤溫:180度40分鐘

*面團水份偏高,水份先保留15﹣20g

*烤箱溫度以自家的為準


带有橙香味的吐司,组织也不错吧,而且也很柔软。


晚上出炉的香橙土司。

每次都是晚上出炉,所以很难拍好的照片,觉得越来越懒惰拍照了。。
